Fat boy (not slim)...

back from soccer at my frens condo, and it was the most unsatisfying and frustrating match thus far. it was so bad that i have absolutely no recollection of the goal i scored even after my frens described it to me.

and obviously, we lost the game today. lotsa shots but only a miserly number of goals from us. only incident that really felt good was the volley i made. really connected damn well, hit it real hard and right in the middle of the ball. too bad it missed juz by a little bit.

anyway, my whole body felt very "heavy" today. i dint run as much as i usually do. my body felt too sluggish and my legs cant seemed to carry my weight around properly. sigh. shld be bcoz i havent played soccer for 2 weeks and dint do any exercise either. had been going out with frens, going to jb, going to jb again, playing pool. and of course, eating lotsa junk food i bought from msia, and eating lotsa food in msia.

basically, the past 2 weeks had been really unhealthy for me. i've really been eating A LOT! better do something about the insatiable appetite of mine.

spent practically a whole day sitting in the car last week coz i had to drive my dad to batu pahat. so its juz eat, drive. eat drive. eat drive. but the driving was fun. the north-south highway was fun. the speeding was fun. but the traffic jam sucked. but the cutting queue was fun. saved me prob half an hour of waiting to reach the custom. tt showed how many cars i cut. hee.

back to the point...bottomline is...its not good to sit on ur ass too much. ur body will become stiff and wun react as well. ur legs will become weaker and weaker by the day, resulting in more effort needed to run and etc.

and im gona go drinking tmr nite! woohoo! having tis craving for beer recently. making me feel like those kopi tiam uncles.

guess wat...im going for supper in about 15 mins time. so much for cutting down on my food consumption.
