juz watched the news...there was an accident earlier today...at thomson road heading to lornie...juz outside macritchie reservoir...

one car (looks like a toyota...not too sure) was going straight and a cab wana turn...apparently the cabby dint check properly before turning...the car couldnt brake in time...and bang! it was reported that the impact was so huge that the one of the vehicles spun 180 degrees...and made tire marks on the road...forgotten if it was the cab or the car...

whose fault? i believe its the cabby...99% sure...y neva check before turning into a main road? as a cabby he shld noe that vehicular speed is usually pretty high for that road...all the more he shld exercise more caution...bloody idiot...

what really got to me was that during the interview with the cabby...he was not in the least bit remoreseful...he simply said...in chinese... "i checked and saw that the car was still far away..then as i turned he hit me...what can i do?"

wah peng ar! duno how to judge the car's speed to determine if its safe to turn issit??

ive came across about 4 accidents or so in recent months...not as a witness but after it happened...and all of them involved cabs...i wonder why why why....

i really really hate cabs...
