i believe most HDB residents will open their mailbox everyday only to see lots of junk mail in it...esp recently with the property fever...and i hate it....

wouldnt it be good if HDB placed a small recycling bin at void decks for residents to throw these junk mail away...rather than letting residents throw them on the floor or in the rubbish bin...where they will prob end up in landfills or the incinerator...
